Hi everyone!, I hope you are fine. Today I’d like
to share with you a song than I love a lot, it is named “Zombie” by Fela Kuti, artist and
political activist. This song is from
1976 and it is about millitaries, who acted and repressed to the Nigerian people
after receiving orders. The interesting thing about this is that the song gives
a strong criticism of the political system, the musical style was created by Fela
Kuti: “the afrobeat”. The rhythm of this
song makes you not want to stop dancing and maybe that´s one of the reason why
I like it so much.
Another song that I love because it brings me good
memories is “La Cosquillita” from “Juan Luis Guerra y los 4-40”, this album was
put on the market in 1994. This song is
a meringue, which is very, very, fast & happy and when I dance it leaves me
exhausted. I remember dancing this song
with my dad at family parties and spinning around until I´m dizzy what makes me
very happy.
Although there are many songs that I like a lot, I
must say that in general, I really like music that allows me to enjoy and dance
alone or in company.
See you soon.

I´ve listen to Juan Luis Guerra with my dad too! It´s fun because it doesn´t matter if you are a religious person or not, you can always enjoy it.
